In the light of recent geopolitical tension between India and Pakistan, SUBI per vice -president and head of technical and derived research in SBI Securities recommends a vigilant approach to investors in the coming days.
Nifty 50 Outlook Shah noted that the Nifty 50 index is expected to experience short -term consolidation. If the index falls below 23,800, the major support levels at 23,850–23,800 are identified at 23,850–23,800, with another support area at 23,560–23,500. Inverted, resistance is estimated between 24,250–24,300. Bank nifty performance The bank Nifty index has weakened, falling below 2.5% and falling below its 20-day exponential moving average (EMA). The index shows a slowdown bias in short term, with immediate support at 53,400–53,300 and a significant support level at 52,600. Resistance is expected to be around 54,100–54,200. Foreign institutional investor (fii) activity FII has shown cautious behavior amidst geopolitical development. After being the first pure buyer in the week, he replaced the vendors on Friday, unloading equity worth ₹ 3,798.71 crore. The FII long-short ratio in index futures declined from 52% to 47.71%, indicating a more protected stance. Top Stock Picks Larsen & Toubro (L&T): Stock is out of a consolidation phase, crossing both short and long -term average. Since March 2025, the Relative Shakti Index (RSI) has exceeded 60 for the first time. Shah has suggested to deposit L&T in the range of ₹ 3,450–3,430, with a target of ₹ 3,650 in stop-loss and short term at ₹ 3,350. Titan Company: Titan has broken a falling channel pattern, supported by strong volume and a rapid candlestick formation. Stock is trading above the major moving average, indicating strong speeds.Shah recommends buying Titan in the ₹3,520–3,500 range, setting a stop-loss at ₹3,400 and aiming for a target of ₹3,750.
Additional observation Both Tata Motors and IdeaForge technology have shown the speed of fast by crossing their 100-day EMA. Their 20 and 50-day emas are trending upwards, which are constantly suggests for short-term benefits.
