In a significant growth of regional tensions, India allegedly carried out an accurate aerial attack on several Pakistani military establishments, possibly marked the first match deployment of the Brahmos supersonic cruise missile. These strikes targeted the major airbase and infrastructure within the Pakistani region, including facilities in Rafriki, Murid, Noor Khan, Rahim Yar Khan, Sukkur and Chunian, as well as radar sites in Pasraur and Sialkot. Operation also affected air areas in Scardu, Bholari, Jackbad and Sargodha.
The Indian Air Force is believed to have employed a combination of advanced air-launched sages during the operation. These possibilities included the BrahMos missile, known for supersonic speed and accuracy, with the scalp cruise missile and the hammer accurate-guided monitor. These weapons are compatible with India's Rafale fighter jets, which increases their strike capacity. This military action was in response to the fact that India described by Pakistan as "escalatery and stimulating" maneuvers, including an attempt to infiltrate airspace at more than 26 places with the Western Front. Indian forces reported to be successfully neutralized by Indian forces, although some disadvantages were made at Indian Air Force stations in Udhampur, Pathankot, Adampur and Bhuj. In this context, the deployment of the Brahmin missiles underlines a strategic change in India's defense currency, reflecting the ability to operate deep strike operations with an accurate weapon. While the official confirmation of missile use is pending, many sources indicate its involvement in recent attacks. This development has raised concerns over regional stability, given the historical tension between two nuclear-cosmetics neighbors.
