In a significant development aimed at reducing ongoing trade tension, the United States and China have agreed to a 90 -day shortage in tariffs, providing a temporary vengeance for both economies.

Under the agreement given in Geneva, the U.S. The tariff on Chinese goods will be reduced by 145%, while China will reduce its tariffs by 125%on US products.

The announcement is with optimism in financial markets, the Dow Jones Industrial Average has increased more than 1,100 points and the S&P 500 has increased by 3.3%.

Despite the temporary nature of Trus, experts have warned that there are important challenges between the two countries in resolving comprehensive trade disputes.

Chinese President Xi Jinping emphasized the importance of cooperation on the confrontation, saying that "bullying and atrocities would only separate themselves," in a veil context to previous American trade policies.

The agreement also includes China's decision that it indicates a possible melting in bilateral relations by lifting its ban on Boeing aircraft.

While the 90-day period provides a window for further interaction, analysts stated that the issues inherent in the trade struggle are unresolved.

Temporary tariff cuts are expected to provide relief to industries affected by trade war, but long -term solutions will require continuous diplomatic efforts.

As the two nations prepare for constant discussions, the global community looks closely, it is expected that this stagnation can cause more stable and cooperative economic relations between the two largest economies in the world.
